I’m a straight-talking digital professional who genuinely enjoys turning chaos into order. I seem to be able to interrogate data, situations and teams to find meaning where others just see noise. I've worked in SMEs and in complex, customer-facing and regulated environments, helping them all improve their digital products, services and processes.

A designer by trade [they always have the best eyes for detail], my background encompasses operational and strategic roles, giving me a broad understanding of the whole digital lifecycle, linking thinking to doing.

Despite my curmudgeonly exterior, I have a career-spanning passion for helping people and organisations make sense of digital. I care about doing things properly, and with a healthy dose of common sense
